Description of changes:
POC for supporting jobs in EKS appmesh natively. This entails creating a new controller that reconciles jobs specifically and monitoring the containers until all non-sidecar containers terminate, then subsequently terminate sidecar container to play nice with Kubernetes design and let Kubernetes handle exiting the pod from then on.
